Skin Care

With a heatwave (hopefully) around the corner in the UK, it’s important to remember your SPF, but just a reminder SPF should be a habit, rain or shine. SPF is the most important step of your AM routine!

Bondi Sands make daily SPF use a breeze with their non-greasy, fragrance free formulas that leave no white cast. More importantly, their Aussie approved formulas (Australia, followed by Europe, have the toughest SPF guidelines (rules) in the world) are all available at an accessible price point.

Available from Beauty Bay, the Fragrance Free SPF 50+ Daily Face Lotion and SPF 50+ Body Lotion are my personal favourites. Both offer Broad Spectrum UVA & UVB protection, are lightweight and sit on the skin beautifully, making it perfect for under makeup (apply after your moisturiser). These are great SPFs. Meticulously tested, a joy to use, absorb brilliantly and don’t leave your skin sticky – you can get dressed right away.

It’s important to top up your sun protection throughout the day, even if you have applied a lotion in the morning. For on the go, the SPF 30 Aerosol Mist Spray is the perfect addition to any handbag. Providing broad spectrum SPF 30 UVA & UVB protection, the fragrance-free, non-greasy and sheer formula absorbs quickly leaving no residue.

The Bondi Sands lip balms come in a range of flavours, but please don’t eat it, even if it smells good enough to eat, so you can pick one depending on your mood, although I’m always in the mood for the Juicy Watermelon flavour!
