Terra Moons Ice Giant, Light Year, Lunar Spectrum Iridescent Chameleons Reviews & Swatches

Ice Giant

Terra Moons Ice Giant Iridescent Chameleon Shadow ($17.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between aqua, chartreuse, and pale pink with a smooth, lightly metallic sheen.

The consistency was soft, a smidgen powdery but had good adhesion to bare skin and seemed to “melt” slightly as I diffused the edges and after it sat for a few minutes on my lid. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that wore nicely for eight hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview

$17.00/0.05 oz. – $340.00 Per Ounce

The formula is supposed to shift in the light, and while they “appear whit ein the pan,” they are, in fact, different applied and when viewed. The brand recommended to apply over a “dark base” for a more “intense color shift.”

The textures were soft, lightly emollient but a smidgen more loosely-pressed compared to some of the brand’s other shimmery eyeshadows/multichromes. They had semi-opaque to opaque, buildable color coverage that could also be applied with a fluffy brush or fingertip for more of a wash of color/shimmer if desired. They wore between seven and eight hours before fading and/or creasing slightly on me.

Light Year

Terra Moons Light Year Iridescent Chameleon Shadow ($17.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between soft blue, mint green, chartreuse, and pink. It had an intense, sparkling metallic finish that had a smidgen of fallout during application and during wear.

The consistency was soft, smooth, and lightly emollient, which helped the majority of the sparkles adhere well to bare skin–for as sparkly as it was, fallout was minimal but enough to be visible. It had rich color coverage that diffused easily along the edges and lasted well for eight hours before creasing faintly.

Lunar Spectrum

Terra Moons Lunar Spectrum Iridescent Chameleon Shadow ($17.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between greenish-yellow, chartreuse, and silvery pink paired with a metallic finish.

It was richly pigmented with a smooth, lightly emollient consistency that was soft but not too loosely-pressed into the pan, so it wasn’t messy to work with and adhered evenly to my lid without fallout being an issue. It stayed on well for eight hours before showing signs of wear.
